Forth, we will talk about the fixed screen. The working parts are fixed and slide along the working surface and make the material screened. The fixed grid screen is common used in the concentrator for rough crushing and the pre-screening before medium crushing. It is simple in structure with convenient manufacture. It dose not consume power and it can directly unload the ore to the screen surface. The main drawbacks are the low productivity and low screening efficiency.

Changing mesh is a simple process, but if the user does not pay attention to details, it will lead to a trouble situation that materials dont move on the screen deck or the material motion trail is disordered when the machine is running.

Normal mesh has high degree of tension, there is about 1cm gap to ensure that mesh has a certain vibrating space for avoiding screen plugging when the deck be pulled by hand in the vertical direction. It needs three people to operating when changing mesh. the screen frame is supported by hard objects on both sides of screen frame firstly, after that, user spread the mesh on the screen frame, the mesh needs to be pressed well by both sides of screen frame. Then, one side of mesh be fixed in the screen frame, meanwhile, please pay attention to reserving a certain size mesh on both sides of screen mesh,avoid the vibrating screen leaving the materials out when running. Next, user tamp down the middle of screen frame, and tighten up the sieve, after fastening the other side of sieve, the hard objects will be removed, mesh will be tightened and straightened by screen frame automatically. Finally, we just need nail down them. Then it can be installed on vibrating screen.When you nail down the sieve, not only has each nail to be fastened up, but also it has the equal distance. When it comes to the last step, it is careful to install to avoid scratching the mesh.
Some type of linear vibrating screen is multi-layer design, and it uses the letter wire frame, there are some bouncing ball to prevent blogging in the screen grid. The larger Wire Diameter should be installed first when user replacing the mesh, thus avoiding thinner sieve damage.
