Therefore, the smaller particle size of materials can be sieved rapidly, and the rest materials move to the outlet. the smaller particles is always glued to the deck because of no stir and vertical jumping when it moves, and pass the outlet momentarily, the movement of screen body is the approximate reciprocating linear motion path, which makes screen effect weakened, then the material which is bigger than the mesh size moves to the outlet direction and is out of the screen, this is the whole screening process. Changing mesh is a simple process, but if the user does not pay attention to details, it will lead to a trouble situation that materials dont move on the screen deck or the material motion trail is disordered when the machine is running.
We analyze the reasons,and take linear vibrating screen as an example. Normal mesh has high degree of tension, there is about 1cm gap to ensure that mesh has a certain vibrating space for avoiding screen plugging when the deck be pulled by hand in the vertical direction. However, the screen deck can not too loose, otherwise, it will generate resonance between screen decks vibrating frequency and equipment vibrating frequency, materials will be running in circles on the deck and not discharge. The screens installation needs in a certain way.



It needs three people to operating when changing mesh. the screen frame is supported by hard objects on both sides of screen frame firstly, after that, user spread the mesh on the screen frame, the mesh needs to be pressed well by both sides of screen frame.
