1. Fastening all of the parts of vibrating separator, especially for the mesh, which always need to be replaced, so that it can avoid generating extra vibrating because of the individual components loosening.

2. Perforated screen plate should be changed into polyurethane sieve-plate or rubber sieve-plate with small elastic modulus and low noise of the warehouse wall vibrator device.

3. It is helpful for inhibition the high-frequency vibration of side plate and reducing the radiation noise to paste up the rubber plate on the side plate of screen box, outlet, and inlet.

4. Replace steel gear with flexible spoke gear.

5. If it’s available, rubber spring can reduce the impact greatly instead of steel spring.
